Das Hausprojekt ist als Mehrgenerationenprojekt angelegt, in dem Kinder und Familien in allen Formen und Größen willkommen sind.

Neben diesen Ansprüchen verbinden wir mit dem Erwerb eines Hauses das Ziel, dem Trend von steigenden Mieten und der damit verbundenen Ausgrenzung von vielen Menschen in Berlin entgegenzutreten. Indem wir als Gemeinschaft dem Immobilienmarkt ein Haus entziehen, stellen wir ein konstantes Mietniveau sicher und hoffen, somit vielen Menschen in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Mietshäuser Syndikat auch in ferner Zukunft bezahlbaren Wohnraum zugänglich zu machen.

Wir können Zinssätze zwischen 0,0% und 2% zahlen. Einmal jährlich wird dir auf Anfrage mit dem Kontoauszug ebenfalls der aktuelle Stand deiner Zinseinnahmen mitgeteilt. Der soziale Charakter unseres Projekts schließt hohe Zinsen aus. Niedrige Zinsen bedeuten niedrigere Mieten und schnellere Tilgung der Kredite.

Wie lange du uns dein Geld zur Verfügung stellst, entscheidest du selbst.
